Description
This fine silver (.999) leaf pendant will command attention when worn. I found this leaf on a new hike I took by the ocean. I brought it home and created this gem of a necklace. It is finished on a leather cord that measures about 20″.
This would make a great gift for any nature lover or avid gardener.
LEAF PROCESS:
Intricate and realistic detailing of leaves can only be achieved through a process that is very much a labor of love. After finding a gorgeous leaf that has fallen off the tree, I bring it home and paint twelve layers of precious metal clay slip onto the leaf. I then fire it in the kiln to produce this gorgeous, nature-inspired fine silver (.999) leaf that can be cherished forever.
