All orders are shipped through USPS First Class or Priority Insured Mail. Expedited service is available for an extra fee.
Delivery times vary depending on if it is a custom order. Pieces already made will be sent out within 3 working days of purchase.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Since custom pieces are made to order, please allow 3 weeks for delivery to all 50 states. If you need your order sooner you can contact me at ariesartisticjewelry@gmail.com. I will be happy to do my best to accommodate your needs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your Aries Artistic Jewelry purchase. However, if you find that you must return it, please email us at ariesartisticjewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and original packaging. Once we receive your item, and terms are met, we will issue you a credit, exclusive of the mailing costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift cards are not returnable.
If you would like to exchange your item, please email us at ariesartisticjewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase, and we will be happy to work with you to coordinate an exchange. We do want to make sure that you are happy with your Aries Artistic Jewelry purchase.
